Prices vary depending on Travel, Group Sessions, Location (i.e Gym, home, outside), etc.
Your first one-on-one session will consist of fitness testing followed by a brief workout. You will fill out a health history and activity history questionnaire, so that we are aware of any limiting conditions and can create a safe and effective routine that will best fit you.
The worst thing we can do is start you on a program that you may not be ready for or may be too advanced for.
We will also be taking your height, weight, and record your body measurements right at the beginning so we can monitor your progress along the way.
