So needless to say I gave you an absolute hard time at first, but I knew I wanted to make an over all change. You made it fun for me, and not the typical workout (jumping jacks, squats, repeat!). I really enjoyed your boot camp, and I felt it for days afterward. Thank you so much for sitting down with me and talking about my food intake. To sit down and really look at what I was eating made me just feel heavier looking at it. I'm proud to say that I'm eating healthier, even though every now and then I crave heavily for sweets, I just moderate (haven't completely stopped yet, but I am aware).
